Ordering Information

We offer a secure online shopping cart for your convenience.
Our Shopping Cart Service holds a Verisign Certificate which is used at checkout time.

Just click the box next to the item you wish to order and it will be added to your shopping cart. Go to the bottom of the page and click the view cart button to increase or decrease the quantities, delete any item or empty the cart and start over. When purchasing fabric, select the item to the cart, then view the cart and enter the yardage requested in increments of 1/4 yd. (.25, .5, .75, etc). If you need help with ordering, please email us or call our toll free order line.

We really hate to admit this, but we do sometimes make mistakes. ;0) If you find an item that doesn't register in the shopping cart, or any other glitches on our many pages, please email us and let us know about it.

Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express
through our secure online ordering system.
Please Note: Any purchase order totalling less than $10 will be charged
an additional 75¢ processing fee.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, print out your order and mail it with your payment. There is a $25 fee for any returned check.

Domestic Shipping Information

Due to postal rate increases, we've had to raise our rates. Orders are shipped usually within 3-4 days by USPS priority mail. UPS is used when weight and size dictate. If you know your 9 digit zip code, please include it in your shipping information as it will increase the speed of your delivery.

Please Note: Bulky items require special shipping boxes and might require more postage.

International Shipping Information

Most international shipping will be sent Global Priority, where weight allows and billed at cost plus a minimal handling fee.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the items you you receive from us and will work to make
sure that you are. If you receive an item that is broken or contains a manufacturing flaw,
then we will refund your cost or replace the item.
Cut yardage cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Books, patterns and kits cannot be returned due to copyright laws.
For items that are returned, they must be in original condition and packaging.
Items with odors cannot be returned.
Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling charges. Postage for returns is the
customer's responsibility.

Privacy

All orders require full information including your email address. This allows us to process your order and notify you of your order status. All information is kept in strictest confidence and never shared with anyone. Your credit card information is encrypted by our secure server software before it is sent to us and protected against unauthorized access.
